Competition Participation Rules

To all participants,
Please make sure to carefully read the following rules and regulations before joining the competition.
To ensure everyone enjoys the event, please participate respectfully and follow the rules and manners.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate any requests outside these regulations.

【General Rules】

• All participants must comply with these rules as determined by the organizer to ensure the smooth operation of the competition.

• The organizer bears no responsibility for theft, loss, injury, or any other incidents that may occur during the event.

• No changes or cancellations will be accepted after your entry has been completed.
  Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In the event of natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons), public health emergencies (such as infectious disease outbreaks), or any other force majeure situations resulting in cancellation, suspension, or postponement, entry fees will not be refunded.

【Entry Notes】

• Multiple entries in the same category by the same person will result in disqualification, and no refunds will be given.
  (You may enter up to two categories as long as they are different.)

• Participation by anyone other than the registered entrant (false entry or transfer of rights) is not allowed.

• We cannot handle inquiries or confirmations regarding application status by phone.

【Entry Eligibility】

• Must complete registration through the official competition website and obtain eligibility to participate.

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the competition.

• The participant and their relatives must not have any connections with anti-social groups or organizations.

• Participants must take part at their own responsibility if they are not feeling well.

• Participants must be capable of performing a 30-minute continuous treatment smoothly without interruption.

【Dress Code】

• Please refrain from wearing overly revealing uniforms.

• If the organizer deems your outfit inappropriate for the competition, you may be asked to change.
  Failure to comply may result in point deductions or disqualification.

• During the competition, participants will take turns acting as models for each other.
  If you are unable to change clothes for any special reason, please inform us at the time of entry, as this may affect the schedule or other participants.

【Prohibited Actions】

• Failing to follow the venue rules or the competition operation rules.

• Ignoring instructions or requests from the organizer or judges.

• Being late to check-in, failing to gather at the assigned time or location, or providing false information.

• Submitting multiple entries in the same category.

• Transferring your entry to another person.

• Withdrawing without notice after the competition has started.

• Engaging in behavior that damages the competition’s credibility, including offensive language, harassment, or violence toward others, or making defamatory posts on social media.

• Providing false information at the time of entry.

• Refusing to appropriately answer necessary questions from the organizer or judges.

• Protesting or demanding re-evaluation of the judges’ decisions.

• Engaging in behavior that violates public order or morality.

• Conducting business solicitation or commercial activities at the venue without the organizer’s permission.

• Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the organizer.

【Penalties for Violations】

• Participants who violate these rules may face penalties such as revocation of titles or prizes, invalidation of entry, or future participation bans.

• If a participant causes damage or loss to the venue, organizer, or affiliated companies, legal action or compensation claims may be pursued.

【Copyrights, Portrait Rights, and Media Distribution】

• All copyrights and related rights concerning the competition belong to the organizer.

• Participants agree that footage of the competition taken by organizers, participants, visitors, sponsors, or affiliates may be broadcast or distributed via live streaming or social media on multiple platforms.

• Participants also agree that their images, profiles, affiliations, and performance footage may be used for advertising, PR, websites, printed materials, videos, or sponsor promotions related to the competition.

【Disclaimer】

• In the event of cancellation, suspension, or postponement due to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances, entry fees will not be refunded.

• The organizer assumes no responsibility for any damages or expenses incurred by participants or third parties due to such events.

• If a participant is disqualified or experiences trouble due to rule violations or misconduct, the organizer will bear no responsibility.

• The organizer reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation or misconduct.

• If competition footage is used in media or advertising and this results in any damage (including non-financial losses), participants must handle such matters at their own responsibility, and the organizer will not be liable.

• Participation in the competition and any use of results are entirely at the participant’s own responsibility.

【Changes to the Rules】

The organizer reserves the right to modify these rules and will announce any updates on the official website.
