Please read the following rules and regulations carefully before participating in the competition. To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that all participants adhere to the rules and maintain proper etiquette. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests that fall outside of these regulations.
 

【Basic Regulations】

• Compliance: Participants must comply with these regulations established by the organizer to ensure the smooth operation of the competition.

• Liability: The organizer assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, injury, or any other incidents.

• Cancellations: Once entry is complete, changes to the competition category or cancellations will not be accepted.

• Refunds: Entry fees are non-refundable. This includes cancellations, interruptions, or postponements caused by force majeure, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, other natural disasters, or public health emergencies (e.g., infectious diseases).

【Entry Precautions】

• Duplicate Entries: Multiple entries for the same category by the same person will result in disqualification, and no refund will be provided.

  • Note: Participants may enter up to two different categories.

• Impersonation: Participation by anyone other than the registered individual (fraudulent participation or transfer of rights) is strictly prohibited.

• Inquiries: Status updates or inquiries regarding applications cannot be handled via telephone.

【Eligibility】

• Participants must have completed entry via the official website and obtained qualification.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of the competition.

• Participants and their relatives must not be affiliated with any anti-social forces.

• Those who are not feeling well should participate at their own risk and discretion.

• Participants must be able to perform a 30-minute massage treatment smoothly and without interruption.

【Dress Code】

• Please refrain from wearing excessively revealing uniforms.

• The organizer reserves the right to request a change of clothes if a uniform is deemed inappropriate for the competition.

• Failure to follow instructions or inability to change may result in point deductions or disqualification.

• Model Rotation: Participants will take turns acting as models for each other during the proceedings.

• If you have a specific reason that makes changing clothes difficult, you must inform the office at the time of entry, as it may affect the schedule and other participants.

【Prohibited Acts】

• Violating venue rules or competition operational rules.

• Disregarding instructions or requests from the organizer or judges.

• Arriving late for registration or failing to gather at the designated time/place.

• Providing false information during registration or in response to questions.

• Transferring entry rights to another person.

• Withdrawing from the competition after it has started without prior notice.

• Making SNS posts that damage the competition's reputation, using abusive language, harassment, or violent behavior toward other participants.

• Protesting a judge’s decision or demanding a re-evaluation.

• Engaging in behavior that violates public order and morals.

• Conducting unauthorized commercial activities or solicitations at the venue.

【Measures Against Violations】

• If a participant is found to be in violation of these rules, they agree that measures such as revocation of titles/prizes, invalidation of entry, or future bans may be taken.

• Participants agree that the organizer may take legal action (including claims for damages) if their violation causes harm to the venue, organizer, or related companies.

【Copyrights, Image Rights, and Broadcasting】

• All copyrights and incidental rights related to the competition belong to the organizer.

• Participants agree that the competition (including organizers, participants, and visitors) may be live-streamed or shared on SNS across various platforms.

• Participants agree that their likeness, profile, affiliation, treatment history, and appearance during the event may be used in promotional materials, advertisements, internet media, printed matter, and video works by the organizer and sponsors.

【Disclaimer】

• The organizer is not liable for any damages to participants or third parties resulting from event cancellation or postponement due to natural disasters or emergencies. The organizer will not reimburse any expenses (travel, etc.) incurred by participants.

• The organizer assumes no responsibility for disqualifications resulting from rule violations or disputes between participants.

• The organizer assumes no responsibility for any damages (economic or otherwise) resulting from the participant's appearance in media coverage or broadcasts.

【Changes to Regulations】

The organizer reserves the right to change these regulations. Any changes will be posted on the official website.
